ISI Thermo XPress Whip: suitable for the preparation of delicious freshly whipped cream. Use for warm and cold applications such as espumas, finger food, sauces and desserts. Standing device with riser tube system and simple push-button operation. The Double-walled, stainless steel vacuum-insulated bottle ensures maximum thermal performance, keeping creations cold or hot for hours. Decorator tip and adapter can easily be removed for cleaning. Features a non-slip silicone drip tray with stainless steel plate – for clean workstations.

The thermal insulation of the ISI Thermo XPress Whip will keep your hot applications hot for up to 3 hrs, and cold applications cold for up to 8 hrs.
