The Junior is a high-end consumer coffee machine designed to brew a cup of filter coffee as close to perfection as is humanly possible. How does the Junior do it? The spray head has multiple nozzles, so hot water contacts the ground coffee at many points simultaneously, ensuring optimum extraction and delivering coffee with a perfect taste. By automatic regulation of the heating element to suit the amount of coffee within the decanter the hot plate keeps the coffee at the perfect temperature. As required by EU standards, the Junior switches itself off automatically after approx. 40 minutes of inactivity.
